Baylor Scott & White Health

With over 44,000 employees, Baylor Scott & White is the largest not-for-profit health care system in Texas and one of the largest in the United States. In order to maintain a more efficient workforce, the health system launched a wide-scale internal communications campaign, entitled STEEEP. The campaign was targeted to all employees with the goal of implementing new techniques for reducing stress among patients.


SDA developed an integrated branding campaign to generate awareness of the program. The campaign consisted of developing a look and feel for all future materials, an informational poster series, an icon system, and a signage system.
