Objective
As one of the largest and busiest airports in the world, DFW Airport is also a significant employer in the region, with more than 1,800 employees. Seeking to make a positive impact on employee health and productivity and cement its place as an employer of choice in the region, DFW launched an innovative wellness program and supporting communications campaign. Spearheaded by the Risk Management Department, the campaign delivered informative health and safety advice, motivational materials and incentive programs designed to engage all DFW employees in a journey toward improved well-being.
Delivery
SDA developed an integrated branding campaign to generate awareness of the program and increase attendance at the new on-site health and fitness center. The campaign consisted of developing a look and feel for all future materials, a branded guide book, an icon system, and several poster and advertising campaigns.
