Objective
The da Vinci School of Dallas is a nonprofit organization that works with children from 18 months through kindergarten to promote the love of learning while shaping self-confidence and self-image. The primary method used to promote the school and fundraising activity is an annual gala. SDA's challenge was to re-launch the existing annual fundraising event and to help increase revenue for the school’s programming.
Delivery
The SDA team developed a comprehensive event campaign that included an event theme and imagery, a poster series, event collateral materials including print and electronic event invitations, RSVP card, sneak peek card, mailing envelopes and event auction book.
